Consent: Requesting Consent from Your Team

Some features cannot be switched on until the employee agrees to them. Face Recognition is the main one — the employee must grant consent before you can enable it for them.

Go to PROJECTS, find the employee, and use Request Consent in the Face Recognition column. They see your request the next time they open their dashboard, and can accept or decline it.

Their answer is recorded with a date and kept as proof for your records. Consent is theirs to give — if they decline, the feature stays off, and that is the end of it. You cannot enable it on their behalf.
