What Is SCREENish?

SCREENish is an employee time tracking software tool, designed to help Project Managers and Team owners to monitor more closely their employees’ work and to better organize their work environment. SCREENish time, GPS, and attendance trackacking app is for both Desktop OS and Android mobile OS. It is designed for the easier management of in-house, mobile and remote teams .

Can I check past employee activity?

Yes, you can see past employee activity in your WORK LOGS area. Note that the recorded employee activity is kept in the system for 45 days. After the 45-day period, the screenshots are no longer available.

Can the program detect the inactivity?

Yes. If the employee hasn't used their computer, SCREENish will not record any activity, and track Idle Time . The employee time tracking software detects Keyboard/mouse activity and takes screenshots every 10 minutes. The information in your WORK LOGS area shows the recorded keyboard/mouse activity and screenshots. The Idle Time feature detects inactivity. If your employee does not answer the Idle Time popup, the software will start tracking the Idle Time , until the Employee starts working again. Idle Time is reported with every screenshot, and you will receive a weekly email with the Idle Time of all your employees and projects.

Can I use the program to send or receive paychecks?

SCREENish offers an accounting option, but only to automate the calculation of employees’ work hours and expenses. You cannot use the system to send or receive paychecks.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, SCREENish offers the option to change your subscription plan any time you want . You just need to: go to the SUBSCRIPTION menu, choose your new plan, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Can I delete recorded working hours?

Yes, you can delete all screenshots taken by the time management software, along with the activity notes. Beware that deleted working hours are no longer available for review.

Which operating systems is SCREENish compatible with?

SCREENish time tracking app is compatible with: Windows MAC Linux- RHEL7 /RHEL6 / Debian/ Ubuntu. Android You can download and install the time management software from the DOWNLOAD TEAM APP menu. Instructions are provided.

Does anyone else have access to my team's work logs and information?

SCREENish database is absolutely private and all activity, recorded by the time tracking software, is stored on the Amazon's S3 service. Your team's work logs, time sheets, and additional information are accessible only to you and only when you are logged in to your SCREENish account. Employees have access to their work logs, but they cannot change any of the recorded information. Only you can determine who you share that information with.

What if I no longer want to use SCREENish?

You can stop using our services at any time. There is no contract or obligation to use SCREENish for a certain period of time. However, note that we do not offer a refund.

Can I assign more than one person to a project?

Yes, you can assign as many employees as you have in your subscription plan to any project you have created.

How many employees can I track with SCREENish?

You can subscribe to monitor up to 20 employees with our time tracking software. If you have more than 20 employees, contact our online help. For more information, visit the pricing page .

Can SCREENish detect location?
