Face Recognition: What Employees See

If your employer turns on Face Recognition, it never starts without your agreement. You will get a consent request when you open your dashboard.

Open EDIT PROFILE > Face Verification Profile Photos to manage it. Each employer who asked for it has its own entry with a Face Recognition Consent switch showing Granted or Not Granted.

• Turn the switch on to agree, then upload a clear, well-lit face photo.
• Your photo shows a status: Pending, Approved or Rejected. A rejected photo just means you upload a better one.
• Turn the switch off at any time to withdraw consent — verification stops immediately.

Your photo is used only to confirm it is you during work sessions, and is never shared with any other employer.
