Making an Employee a Delegated Manager

You can let a trusted employee manage the team for you — useful for team leads or office managers — without sharing your owner account.

On your employees list, find the person and press Make Admin. They gain a manager dashboard (reached from their side via the admin session) where they can review work logs, approve time, manage projects and run reports for your team.

A delegated manager sees almost everything you do, with two limits: they cannot change the subscription, and they cannot make other employees managers. Press Remove Admin on the same row to take the access away at any time.

See it in your own work logs
