  • Dashed border — idle time was recorded on that screenshot. Red means not approved, green means approved.
  • Green background — the time was recorded inside a premium time frame.

A day with idle time also shows This log contains N minutes of idle time at the top. None of these markers are accusations — people step away from their desk, and deleting a private screenshot is allowed.
