Screenshots: Deleted and Idle Markers in Work Logs

WORK LOGS marks screenshots that need context so you can read a day at a glance.

• Trash-can marker — the employee deleted that screenshot. The image is gone, but the slot and the day note tell you how many were removed.
• Dashed border — idle time was recorded on that screenshot. Red means not approved, green means approved.
• Green background — the time was recorded inside a premium time frame.
• No Record — time was tracked in that block, but there is no screenshot: screenshots are switched off for that project, or the app could not take one (on a Mac, usually a missing Screen Recording permission).

A day with idle time also shows This log contains N minutes of idle time at the top. None of these markers are accusations — people step away from their desk, and deleting a private screenshot is allowed.
