Face Recognition: Approving Employee Photos

Face Recognition is in beta. Before you can use it for someone, they must grant consent — see Consent: Requesting Consent from Your Team.

Once consent is given, ask the employee to set up a photo from the Face Recognition column in PROJECTS. When their photo arrives it waits for you to check it.

  • Open the photo and make sure the face is clear, lit and unmistakably theirs.
  • Press Approve to accept it, or Reject with a reason so they know what to fix.
  • After approving, press Enable Face Recognition to switch checking on.

A rejected photo simply means they submit a better one — nothing else changes.
