Getting the App Again

The tracking app is one download, and it keeps itself up to date after that. Where you get it again depends on which SCREENish account you are signed in with.

Employees

Open DOWNLOAD TEAM APP in the menu of your dashboard. Windows, Mac and Linux are on that page, and the Android app as an APK. The page is described in Downloading the SCREENish App. The links below work for you as well.

If you track your own time

You set SCREENish up with the startup wizard, chose a second e-mail address for the app, and saw the download button at the end of it. Your dashboard is an employer dashboard, so it has no DOWNLOAD TEAM APP menu; use the links below instead. Sign in to the app with the second address and the password you chose in the wizard, not with your dashboard login. If you have forgotten that password, use Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen with the second address; the letter goes there.

Older computers

Windows 7 and 8, and macOS versions before Catalina, cannot run the current app. Write to us in the chat at the bottom right of your dashboard and we will send you a build that does.

Employers

Your employees get the app from their own dashboard; there is no file for you to send. If someone never set a password, Users has Resend invitation, and the letter carries the download again.
