Setting Up Distraction Rules

With Set Distraction Rules enabled, you can add programs or websites to the distraction list.

For programs: Enter the program name (e.g., "Skype") in the Program Name field. Use * for all window titles.

For websites: Enter the site name (e.g., "Facebook") in the Program Title field and select a browser icon.

Click Save Rule, then Save Changes.
