Your employees start the tracker when they begin working; it records their time, captures screenshots at random moments throughout tracked time, and measures keyboard and mouse activity levels. You review everything in a web dashboard, from any browser.

The Windows app works offline too. If the connection drops, tracking continues on the machine and the records sync when the employee is back online, so a flaky network never costs you a work log.

What the Windows app records

• Time. Tracked per project, with weekly budget limits, hourly rates and optional manual time permissions.
• Screenshots. Captured at random moments throughout tracked time and kept for 45 days. Approval rules let you approve manually, auto-approve everything, or auto-unapprove idle-heavy captures.

Turn on the optional Capture All Monitors setting for a project and every screen connected at the moment of the screenshot is combined into one composite image, so a second monitor is never a blind spot. The app itself stays out of the way: it runs quietly in the tray, and if a machine is short on memory the app tells the employee what to do about it instead of silently failing.

Privacy features your employees will actually accept

• Screenshot privacy blur. Blur the whole screen, or let AI blur only sensitive data such as passwords and card numbers. The blur is applied on the employee's device before anything is uploaded. See choosing a privacy blur mode.
• Employees can delete their own screenshots. A deletion leaves a visible marker in the work log, so the record stays honest without exposing private moments.
• GDPR consent tools. Sensitive features ask for the employee's consent before they activate, and you can manage consent for your whole team from the dashboard.

Catches what fake-activity tools try to hide

Mouse jigglers and auto-clickers are a Windows problem more than anything else: the tools are free, and they defeat naive trackers.
