Face Recognition: Enabling It for an Employee

Face Recognition is set up per employee from the Face Recognition column in PROJECTS. It is in beta.

  • Request Consent — the employee must grant consent before anything else. They respond from their own dashboard.
  • Request Photo — ask them to submit a face photo (use Request New Photo if you need a fresh one).
  • Open the Face Recognition Setup window to Approve or Reject the photo.
  • Press Enable Face Recognition to switch checking on.

Set the minimum match rate in the same column — see Face Recognition: Setting the Match Rate. If a webcam misbehaves, a notice appears in the work log; see Work Logs: Camera Notices During Face Verification.

See it in your own work logs
