Signing In and Resetting a Forgotten Password
Employers and employees sign in at www.screenish.com with Log In in the top menu. It is one account: the same e-mail address and password also sign you in to the SCREENish tracking app.
"Email or password are incorrect."
The website shows this message when the password does not match, and also when no account uses the e-mail address you typed. Check the address first, especially if you have more than one. Then check the password: it is case-sensitive, so look at Caps Lock and the keyboard language. If it still fails, reset the password as described below.
The tracking app says Wrong Credentials in the same situation. A new password set on the website works in the app too.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Click Forgot the password? under the Log In button.
- Enter the e-mail address of your account, tick I'm not a robot and click Reset Password.
- Open the letter titled Forgotten Password and click the link in it. The link works for one hour. If you ask more than once, only the newest link works.
- Type the new password twice and click Change Password. Then sign in with the new password.
If the page answers We can't find this email, no account uses that address, so try the other addresses you might have used. If the letter does not arrive within a few minutes, look in your spam folder. If it is not there either, write to us in the chat or at info@screenish.com from the address of the account.
Other messages at sign-in
- Please confirm your email address: the account exists, but the confirmation link in the sign-up letter was never clicked. Find that letter, also in the spam folder, and click the link.
- If your account uses two-factor authentication, a code is asked for after the password. See Securing Your Account with Two-Factor Authentication.
To change a password you still know, see Changing Your Password.
