Subscription: The Complete Guide
Subscription is where you manage your plan and how you pay for it. SCREENish has one plan: a flat price per employee per month with every feature included, EU VAT included, and a free trial that needs no card. This guide explains the page from top to bottom.
Banners at the top
During the trial a banner shows how many days are left. If a payment failed or the subscription was cancelled, the banner says so and what to do. Nothing is deleted while a subscription is inactive; tracking stops until it is active again, and the data is waiting when you come back.
Team size
The slider sets how many employees your subscription covers. Moving it up and confirming raises the plan from the next charge, and the Users page lets you invite the extra people right away. Moving it down lowers the charge at the next billing date. The number of active employees cannot exceed the plan: deactivate someone first, or raise the plan.

Payment methods
Add a payment method opens the secure card form of our payment provider; where your bank requires it, a 3-D Secure confirmation follows. The card details never touch SCREENish. A method can be made the default, which is also how the subscription is started at the end of the trial, and can be deleted. Deleting the only method with Delete and cancel ends the subscription at the end of the paid period.

Payment history and invoices
The payment history at the bottom lists every charge with its date and amount. Each payment has an invoice: open your profile menu at the top right and choose Invoices to download the PDFs. The company name, address and VAT number printed on them come from Edit Profile.

Not to be confused with client invoices
The invoices here are the ones SCREENish issues to you. The invoices you issue to your own clients for tracked time are made on the Client invoices page.
